Return Policy

Our Company, S2RR Nutrition Private Limited, operates under the brand name I Deserve Nutrition.

If you experience any issue with the product, it will be reviewed and investigated within 48 to 72 hours. Please note that any complaint must be reported to us via Phone or Email within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Our team will conduct a thorough quality check before approving a replacement or refund.

Important:

Do not accept the parcel if the outer packaging is damaged or tampered.
An unboxing video is mandatory to file any damage or defect claim.
If the product has no issue, the same item will be returned to the customer and shipping charges will apply.

Refund Policy

For prepaid order cancellations before dispatch, the refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway transaction charges (5% of the order value).
If the order is canceled after dispatch, courier charges will also be deducted (calculated as per your pin code).
If the product delivered has a genuine problem, defect, or damage, we will:
✔ Replace the product, or
✔ Refund the full amount, including return shipping charges.

To Qualify:

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
An unboxing video is compulsory for claim approval.
Once bank details are shared, the refund will be initiated and will reflect in your account within 7–10 working days.
